Neko’s development follows a phased approach, starting with a strong foundation and progressively expanding features, intelligence, and decentralization. Our goal is to build the ultimate cognitive gateway to Hyperliquid and pioneer the DeFAI landscape. Phase 1: Infrastructure Foundation & Private Beta (Completed/Ongoing) Focus: Internal testing, core agent setup, initial model development.

  • Social Bot Deployment: Launch official Neko bots on Telegram and Discord, enabling @mention-based execution for core features. Integrate with existing X presence.
  • Core Functionality Live: Enable users to Trade (spot swaps, limit orders, TWAPs via Shogun), Earn (initial AI-managed vaults), and interact with Perps (including diverse collateralization) through the bot interfaces.
  • KYC-Free On-Ramp Launch: Implement the planned partnership to provide a streamlined, KYC-free on-ramp solution, facilitating deposits to Hyperliquid in minutes via Debridge integration.
  • Initial NEKO Staking mechanisms (unlocking initial benefits like potential fee reductions) and the Referral Code Minting system.
  • Reinforcement Learning (MVP): Implement the initial phase of RL for the DeFAI Multi-Agent system, focusing on forecasting on-chain activity and enabling recursive agent improvement based on long-term memory (transaction history).

  • DAO Formation & Governance: Launch the Neko DAO, enabling $NEKO token holders to govern key protocol parameters, treasury allocation, revenue deployment, and future roadmap direction through a formal proposal system.
